Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days, barring any unforseen circumstances that may cause delays. Once dispatched, the below delivery timelines apply:
STANDARD DISPATCH:
All capital cities, except for Brisbane and Perth: 1 – 4 business days
Brisbane and Perth: 4 – 5 business days
Country NSW, SA, TAS, VIC: 3 – 5 days
Country NT, QLD, WA: up to 9 business days
Please note that timeframes are estimates, and we endeavor to meet these estimates at all times.
How can I track my order?
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- Unfortunately, we do not replace, refund or exchange any of our products for change of mind. We do however, offer a replacement or refund for any items that are considered faulty within the warranty.
- What happens if my order is damaged?
- On a rare occasion an item is damaged in transit or a manufacturing fault has occurred, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement. Please contact customer service to begin your refund process via customercare@portohomewares.com.au.
